We actually have Sophos running at several of our clients. Once we get the major tweaking done to the environment (based on customer and their network), Sophos just runs. It has actually cut down the majority of my service calls down for spyware/adware/malware in general, which leaves me time for doing more administration on the networks...the downside is that it's cut my service calls down which decreases the money flow. Heh. It just works. I highly recommend it and the Enterprise Console for large distributions. On top of that, the support that you get from Sophos has been second to none, which is a big thing for me and my company. Just my two cents.
