How about not reporting it all? There is no legal obligation to do so. Why get involved? I certainly would not read a story about a website containing data from 2004-2007, who cares?
All I can see on the server is what is indexed by google, what if it is full of other stuff that google can't see? The old data may be visible just because of a mistake they made when they first popped the box it may be full of brand new card dumps for all we know. I just feel a moral obligation to report it and have someone look at it, even if it does just turn out to be old data it is still people personal data that shouldn't be out in the wild. Robin

The data may be old, possibly dating 2004-2007 however it is still a lot of personal info that is definitely worth something in the wrong hands so needs removing. Where is the best place to report it to? RobinA quick update on this, despite contacting various organisations, including US Secret Service and FBI (or CIA, can't remember), Russian Certs and both Visa and Mastercard, the site is still there and the stashes on it are growing. It is now also hosting some hacking tools that weren't there before including c99shell and r57shell and now some porn as well.
