I normally use:

http://www.geoiptool.com/

If what your looking for is simple Geo-Location.  This is what I was 
using in my tool to find the country of origin and block everything not 
from the US or Canada.

There is also http://infosniper.net/ which display other information, 
however I don't use that one all to often.
