I think its not a question of noisy or stealthy but how you want to make it
look
stealthy is not allways the most stealthy
ex: connect scan that would be distributed and extended on 2 or 3 week
(could probably be shortened)
but..i mean betwen a Stealth scan that last 5 sec and the connect extended
on more than a day i think if depend on the situation.. but u can allways do

it stealthy even if it not a stealthy method.
