IPP Exploit for windows

I have ported to windows the Internet Printing Protocol Exploit orginally
coded by dark spyrit. This version doesn't need netcat or any other
additional tools.
it's very easy to use, just enter the target, and check that your IP address
is right...
The target will open a connection to the local computer with a cmd.exe.
