Yes - I've used it on several occasions.  Only change one password at a time
though, otherwise it doesn't work and you have to repeat the process.

So far, I've tried it on 1 Win2k box and 2 WinNT boxes without
problems.

14 W2K (1 Classroom) and 4 NT Boxes here. 1 of the W2K boxes has still
the old password, 1 NT box crashed.
