It is the Offensive Operations Model in the whitepapers section. This is a rough draft of the model, but the full concept is there, and there are some examples of how to conceptualize each phase. Please consult with us if you want to use it, since we are nearly finished writing a version of it with an implementation kit that will be released under the GPL.
