The people who usually maintain this equipment usually aren't to creative. With some social engineering or guessing you should have no problem. For some real fun, do a Goole on the camera type and look for default passwords. For some additional fun do a google search on the camera type and search for the HTML title. I forget, but I believe it is ... intitle: I've found several cameras on the net without any passwords.
