Hi,

Define "through an RTU". You can attempt to manipulate/disable the RTU from
another location on the bus, or can replace the RTU with your machine to
fool the PLC or other high-level controller.
I'd have to ask you to email the answer to me directly from your corporate
mail, as I ethically must know exactly who's asking before assisting in this
sort of environment.
