Ben, What I would suggest is to upload an .ASP or .PHP based command prompt script.. I have used this on several occasions to control web servers during pen-tests.. However, you will be running as anonymous web user more than likely so it will make it harder on you... Just get that .CMD script on the server and you can run commands just like in a shell... Then you can do some priv escalation or something to gain control of the box... You can try the IIS .DLL hack and see what happends.. but the file must be placed in a folder with the proper ISAPI execute perimssions.. You can also search google for "One Way Web HAcking" for some tips and links to the code you need .. Cheers! J.
