tcp proxy for middle man attack

Hi , I wonder if you know any tool similar to Paros Proxy but for TCP Server. I´m looking for a proxy for TCP traffic, where I can easly do man in the middle attacks just changing what I want and leaving the rest. netwokstuff looks good but it not keep connection open & not provides instant capability to change traffic . that is what I need. regards --Sk __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
