Packet forging utility

Hi everybody,
    I'm currently looking for a packet forging utility with Source
Routing (LSR/SSR) support.
    I've tried the *scapy* framework but i didn't manage to produce the
desired packet. :-\
    Any help will be greatly appreciated!
