[A brief glimpse at the legal papers suggests that AOL-Time Warner seems to 
want ownership of the domain registration, but at least at this point is

While it's understandable that WB needs to police their trademark or risk 
losing it, I think they're going a bit overboard in this case. Personally, 
I don't think harrypotterguide.co.uk causes any confusion or dilution of 
the mark - especially when the first think people will try is 
harrypotter.co.uk. Tsk to them.
