[A brief glimpse at the legal papers suggests that AOL-Time Warner seems to want ownership of the domain registration, but at least at this point is willing to let the poor lass continue to publish. --Declan]

I thought Politech readers might be interested in this:

While it's understandable that WB needs to police their trademark or risk losing it, I think they're going a bit overboard in this case. Personally, I don't think harrypotterguide.co.uk causes any confusion or dilution of the mark - especially when the first think people will try is harrypotter.co.uk. Tsk to them.
