Bill Purdy, back in action, sued by Planned Parenthood [fs]

My very quick read of the complaint is that it accuses Purdy of registering 
teenwire.biz and teenwire.info. Planned Parenthood runs operates.com and 
owns the trademark on the word.

Teenwire.info redirects to http://www.savebaby.com/ppfa.htm and includes a 
disclaimer and a link to the official site. Underneath that disclaimer is a 
"Planned Parenthood: Fetal Assassination" logo and HTML that is borrowed 
from plannedparethood.com. Teenwire.biz does not redirect and does not 
include a disclaimer.

Planned Parenthood is making the usual claims in SDNY and asking for an 
injunction against Purdy and co-defendants.

Here is the Complaint as it has been sent to me just now via email.  The 
ONLY two domain names in the Complaint that I own are 
<http://www.teenwire.info>www.teenwire.info and 
<http://www.teenwire.biz>www.teenwire.biz.   A short while after being 
served the Complaint I registered in Germany 
<http://www.ppfa.info>www.ppfa.info.   Teenwire.info is currently being 
hosted in Germany at Joker.com as is PPFA.info.  But I originally 
registered Teenwire.info and Teenwire.biz at 
<http://www.Directnic.com>www.Directnic.com which is based in New Orleans 
as far as I know.   But I transferred Teenwire.info to Joker.com in Germany 
around the same time I bought PPFA.info at Joker.com in Germany and so that 
is where those two are being hosted right now.  Although my ppfa.info is 
not in the Complaint, they have told me that they are going to include it 
soon.

Questions:  If they are correct and the domain names teenwire.biz (and 
formally the teenwire.info) were being hosted in New York, does that then 
give them jurisdiction over me?  And if so, would they have jurisdiction 
over me on the ppfa.info which is being hosted in Germany?   And would they 
still have jurisdiction over me on the Teenwire.info domain name which 
originally was registered and hosted by Directnic.com but has since been 
transferred to Germany?

I just wanted to give you all the facts as best I can because I have 
learned that you check every detail out thoroughly so that when you opine 
you know what you're talking about.
