Politech links: http://www.politechbot.com/p-03192.html http://www.politechbot.com/p-03775.html Declan,Just wanted to briefly report that my vituperrious co-defendant Montgomery Griffith-Mair in 02-CV-117 (Colorado District federal court, see http://www.ind-movement.org/lawsuit/)was effectively gagged by Arkansas Judge Homer Wright by some kind of injuction today, after the same team of plaintiffs (Prentice, James, et al) had had sued Griffith-Mair for criticizing them (Garland County Circuit No. CV-2003-515-I), and won. ( http://archbishops.org/problematic.html http://fathermonty.org/gagged.html http://archbishops.org/order.html http://fathermonty.org/case.html ) Griffith-Mair, known for his thriftyness, may have hurt himself badly in this case by defending himself pro-se instead of retaining counsel. Having the case decided by twelve mostly unsophisticated and non-Internet-using jurors, instead of by a bench trial, may have also hurt. Tony
