Sorry to interrupt your joy, but that tool is actually pretty old. Some 
years ago praised as "the tool" to migrate apps to Windows 2000 and
ensure 
that no obsolete APIs where used.

Its part of the "Windows Application Compatibility toolkit" (ACT), but
it 
does not do much in regards to secure programming. Its all about 
"Compatibility" not security.
