Stop creating address directories?

Hello,

I'm new to Snort and have one box running on Linux. For every alert, it
creates a directory with the name of the IP address of the "attacker". I
just want the alert, portscan and sniffer log files and want to stop these
directories from being created. Does anyone know how I can do this?
