I just tried that looking for 129.219.0.0/16 as the source and got back 15
results.  The problem is, the results were for 255.255.255.255 as the
source.

I've used cidr representation with success:

  192.168.114.0/24

As long as I remembered to set the /source/dest/both/ flag 
and '=' option.
