ACID Undefined variable

Hi all
 
I have installed ACID v0.9.6b12 and I keep getting loads of errors like the
one below on all my pages.  It mostly works though.

Warning: Undefined variable: action_lst in
c:\inetpub\wwwroot\acid_pkt_main.php on line 411
Warning: Undefined variable: action_sql in
c:\inetpub\wwwroot\acid_pkt_main.php on line 413
 
I am running mysql and iis5 on a w2k server.
 
Any ideas,
