Typo in snort faq regarding libpcap?

Hello,
 I have a little question about the wording of the FAQ. 

Q:  I've got RedHat and ....

A:  Check your version of libpcap.  :) If it's not <= 0.5, then you
should update.   

Does this sound funny? If it is not LESS THAN or equal to 0.5 then
update. Doesn't less than imply downgrading. Redhat 7.1 installs:
libpcap-0.4-39

I can't code so here is my bit of help for the project...
