-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 - From looking at the MIBS and traps on the wire, this information doesn't appear to be present. It would be handy though. Event better would be to create individual trap numbers, i.e.; snorttrap.0, snorttrap.1, etc., for different classifications. That way, they could be assigned levels from normal to critical. I'd also like to see multiple trap destinations supported. Or is that already supported via [dest1,dest2] format within the trap configuration of snort.conf? - -----Original Message----- From: Guido Dolci [mailto:dolci () sfera net] Sent: Saturday, November 03, 2001 11:45 AM To: snort-users () lists sourceforge net Subject: [Snort-users] snmp and classifications Hi, I use snmp traps to communicate alerts to a reporting tool. However in the trap I cannot find the classification of the alert. Anyone knows more?
