Unaligned trap

Hi!

Has anyone tried Snort on Linux on a Compaq Alpha?

I'm getting Unaligned traps - a lot of them, multiple times in a second
(!)

RedHat 7.1, latest Snort (1.8.1, build 74), compiled from source,
logging to MySQL.

Do you know how can i solve this problem? Or how to tell Linux not to
log these alerts?
