MySql at 100%

Hello,

I am running snort on a small test network connectecd to a cable modem.  I
don't get very many hits, Typically about 10 alerts an hour.
Most of those are Code Red and the likes.

But when I look at my processes I noticed that Mysql is running at 100%.  I
this normal.  I wouldn't think so but I am not sure.
