Snort REdhat Mysql and Acid

Hi,

I have setup snort with mysql and acid on a redhat 7.0
host. We i open a browser and point to localhost/acid
i get the following error message

"Database Error: Access denied for user:
'snort@localhost' (Using password:YES)"

and a warning

Access denied for user in
/usr/local/apache_1.3.22/adodb/adodb_mysql.inc.php on
line 114


Any ideas where i am going wrong?
