Snort web site problem?

Hello all --
This AM I get
"The connnection was refused when attempting to contact www.snort.org"
when trying to load the snort web site from any box on my network. All 
other web sites seem fine for me.
Anybody else have this problem?

I did a traceroute on the IP addr that www.snort.org resolved to and it 
appeared to result in a routing loop somewhere in Baltimore with verizon.
