configuration error the 1st time running acid (asap)

hello,
my comments on snort for windows nt server/2000/xp
using iis,mysql and acid to view graph alerts..

on installing snort with mysql subject,
change the include "include classification.config" to
"include $RULE_PATH/classification.config"
i think this is the right way to write.

my problem:

before this i have used the mysql database on snort
1.7. when i want to configure to snort 1.8.1,the mysqk
admin interface did not asking for a username and
password.may be i have been asking before when i
configure it on snort 1.7.for the last time i used
username as noorul and password as hacks.so i didn,t
follow the instruction for type the username and
password as snort for this time.

when i come across the creating a win32 mysql
database, i can't confirm user addition by typing the
command show tables and select * from user.

there are no a table's list with a user entry and the
user "snort" listed.

however i can creating tables into mysql for acid.

i have done all the instruction accordingly, however
when i want type http://localhost/Acid/Index.html....
i receive error.

where is the setup page where can i complete the acid
alert group configuration?
