You are missing the required patch against snort, see the ../src/barnyard
directory and readme.

oh, and if I remember correctly, the ntohs?[sp]? should be a long ntohl, at
least on 32 bit systems.

apply patch against snort 1.8, recompile snort, sopy the new snort to bin
and restart.
