DOS MSDTC attempt

Hi,

I am getting alerts with the following signature 
DOS MSDTC attempt

The source port is 80 from a trusted website (ie the
corporate site in our Data Centre) and the destination
port is 3372 to an internal user. 

Is this something i can ignore or can anyone give me a
explanation why it is happening?
