Win2k and dial-up connection

Hi!

I've tried to find a way to use snort with Win2k and a dial-up connection, 
and found the problem to be that WinPcap is experiencing a binding problem. 
Does anyone know some other packet capture utility that snort can use, or 
some other workaround for this problem?
