snort uberscript

Hi folks,

People fire off snort scripts once in a while and I recently had a need
to write one myself.  It's your garden variety snort script with the
added benefit of being able to send email at a configurable interval
when a failure is detected.

If anyone is interested, please take a look at this and let me know if
you think it's a good candidate to be added to contrib.
