Syslog & PostgreSQL logging

I've read pleanty of back posts where people were having trouble logging to a database and syslog. I am actually having the opposite problem: I can't stop syslog logging. The snort.conf has only a output database plugin specification. I'm starting snort with /usr/local/bin/snort -b -i eth1 -d -D -c /etc/snort/snort.conf. Snort is 1.8.7 PostgreSQL is 7.2 System is RedHat 7.3 Any idea how to turn off syslogging? As I look at the command above, the -b jumps out as the likely culprit. Thanks. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Demetri Mouratis dmourati () linfactory com ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by:ThinkGeek Welcome to geek heaven. http://thinkgeek.com/sf _______________________________________________ Snort-users mailing list Snort-users () lists sourceforge net Go to this URL to change user options or unsubscribe: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/snort-users Snort-users list archive: http://www.geocrawler.com/redir-sf.php3?list=snort-users
