Snort unable to work with NIC Teaming

We are using Compaq Network Teaming on many of our servers.  When I try to run 
snort in this type of configuration I'm receiving this error:

Error:  OpenPcap() device open
Error opening adapter:overlapped I/O operation is in progress.
Fatal error, Quitting 

When I run 'snort -W' all I receive in the interface list is '1'.

Need some help here on how to get past this problem.
