How to define EXTERNAL_NET=internet except intranet?

Hello,

The default "EXTERNAL_NET any" does not work well for me.
I get proxy scan warnings each time I access web pages
because my home net is a part of the external net "any".

How do I define the external net to be the complement of
the intranet i.e. the whole internet except a few class C
networks? Listing all other class C networks would take an
eternity...
