Hey Paul,Yeah, I've been using Hogwash for a few months. It can handle my cable connection with ease. My network is working fine (see, I can send mail). My experience with Hogwash has been nothing but great. You should give it a shot. I still believe snort-inline is still in its fetus stage. Also iirc snort-inline uses iptables to drop packets, hogwash does the dropping itself.
