SnortCenter updating rules

Hi all..

I'm building SnortCenter on RedHat 7.3, having problems with SnortCenter
getting the rules through my proxy server.  I can add my proxy server to the
config.php file, but my proxy server also requires user authentication (NT
shop).  Is there a way to include something like proxy_user or
proxy_user_password to get through?  If not, I can grab the rules manually -
but where would I put snortrules-stable.tar.gz, and would I need to untar
them before using SnortCenter to push them out to my sensors?
