It tells you that you don't have any config file specified and none of the
default ones were found.

Find your snort.conf, configure it for your network, and you should be good to
go.  You can have it as /etc/snort.conf $HOMEDIR/.snortrc or under another
name entirely.  If you have it as something else, you will need to specify it
on the command line with "-c /path/to/config/file"
