I am unable to  run snort as service on a Win2K system with service pack
3.

Snort 1.8.7 works like a charm through the command line but bombs when I
try 
to  run as a service and the error code given out by MS Win2K is

Unable to run Service Error :1067

Any suggestions or pointers ???
