snortsnarf displays 0 alerts

Snort is working. The alert.ids file is updating, but I am unable to view
the alerts in my browser. I am using snortsnarf.pl.

Here is the command line I am using:

c:\snort\snortsnarf\snortsnarf.pl -d c:\inetpub\wwwroot\logs -dns -db
c:\snort\snortsnarf\ann-dir\annotaion-base.xml -cgidir http://localhost\cgi
c:\inetpub\wwwroot\logs\alerts.ids


Any ideas?
