Barnyard Cant Find File!!

hello to everyone
i am trying to run barnyard but i have a problem
it can't find the input files!!!

the error message it shows me is: 
   No Files found to read.  Exiting
   Fatal Error, Quitting..
   Exiting

the commands that i am runing: 
          barnyard -c etc/barnyard.conf -d /var/log/snort -g etc/gen-msg.map -s etc/sid-msg.map -f snort_fast -L tmp/ 
         barnyard -c etc/barnyard.conf -d /var/log/snort -g etc/gen-msg.map -s etc/sid-msg.map -f snort_full -L tmp/ 

and the folder /var/log/snort contains the files: 1014 () 14-snort log  portscan.log  snort_fast  snort_full    which 
have some allerts


any idea???
