Configuring snort with snmp on windows

hello all,

The isuue:
How do i configure snort to send snmp traps to a
listening snmp agent on windows 2k.


I know that there is an snmp plugin available but it
is configured to run with snort by the configure shell
script..which i suppose can be used only on unix
machines.

i'd be eagerly awaiting your Suggestions
