Anyone written a CGI/PHP frontend to swatch?

A bit OT, but I'm sure there's lots of swatch users out there :-)

I've got swatch working well for notifications, but now want to "roll it
out" so that other IS members can add things to trigger e-mail alerts on.

Has anyone else written a front end to the swatch config?
