My God - How stupid do I feel! So what is the drink penalty for missing the $ in front of a var? Thanks Neil Carlos Neil Dickey said:
"Carlos Felix" <snort () xiata com> wrote asking:<Snip> var HOME_NET [10.0.0.66/27] # Set up the external network addresses as well. # A good start may be "any" var EXTERNAL_NET !HOME_NET^ I think your problem is here. This should read ... var EXTERNAL_NET !$HOME_NET ... because "HOME_NET" is being used there as a variable and it therefore requires the dollar sign ( $ ).
