Before I begin, I am sorry.. You will see... <begin off topic> I KNOW that this is off topic, however, I KNOW that some of you have had the same problem. When I start Mysql, it is supposed to have a "mysqld_safe" line and a "mysql" and then a whole bunch of "[mysqld]" lines when I do a "ps aux" I have the mysqld_safe and the mysql lines, but not all the "[mysqld]" lines.... Again I apologize, but mysql isn't working and there seems to be no help coming from mysql users.
