QUESTION

I have a stupid question.  I am thinking about buying a 4 port Critical
Network Taps.  Now how can I use 1 IDS SNORT server to monitor those 4
network taps.  If I am not mistaking I need two network cards just to
monitor 1 connection.  Does that mean I can put 8 NIC cards in my server and
monitor all 4 connections?
