Hi,

all of your questions regarding how to enable flexresp2 (when you are  
compiling Snort) and how you configure Snort to use flexresp2 are  
answered in the README.FLEXRESP2 file.

The file is currently available on my website, but it is somewhat old.   
As Nerijus mentioned I will be releasing an updated version shortly.
