Updated snort.server script

Hi folks,

There's an old version of the snort.server script I wrote in the 
contrib area on http://www.snort.org.  I've updated the old version to 
support command line arguments as well as hardcoded values (command 
line arguments will override hardcoded values).

The script is written to use ksh but will work properly if you switch 
ksh to bash or even zsh.

In addition to starting, stopping, restarting and displaying the status 
of Snort process running on an interface, you can run this script out 
of cron and it will email you when it has detected that Snort has 
stopped running (ie: it has crashed as opposed to you stopping it with 
the script).  And, just to be extra nice it throttles the emails so 
that only one is sent per hour.
