Script to install Snort and required packages

I am contributing a bash script that automates the installation of Snort and
its required packages on Redhat 9.0 It is a few months old so some of the
packages may have new versions out but the script is easily modified to
obtain the new versions. It's a bit rough around the edges but it works for
me. I haven't had time to make it more general yet.
