Win32 v2.1 Flex not correct?

Jeff or anyone... Is the flex response code in Win32 messed up and waiting on v2 as well? Just played with Win32 v2.1 this afternoon and noticed flex response does not function like it did a few months ago. It would appear that rst_src and rst_all do exactly the same thing (only one rst sent), and the MAC address used is that of the snort interface (and not that of the two tcp endpoints, although the IP addresses are the two endpoints).
