SQL error with WinSnort and ACID

["Kromodimedjo, John" <kromodimedjoj () unaids org>]

I have installed snort and acid along with other required pieces. When I
run snort from the command line i get the following error message (after
a few minutes): 

"SQL server message 2627, state 1, severity 14: 
Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_event_78B3EFCA'. 
Can not insert duplicate key in object 'event'" 

I have rebuilt my SQL dbs and still the same.
