Problem Compiling 2.1.1 on FreeBSD 5.1-RELEASE

I have a slight problem getting the Makefile written on FreeBSD
5.1-RELEASE. Here's a snippet of a `./configure --prefix=/usr/local`

Does anyone have any ideas?
